At CV Remote Solutions, our device professionals know that caring for cardiac device patients is more than gathering the device information. Managing device patients requires intentional staff planning, continual workflow optimization, and careful attention to disconnected monitor lists and alert programming. Our mission is to partner with device clinics to optimize the care of the cardiac device patient. We believe that by keeping clinic patients connected, evaluating alert programming, and assisting with the technical review of device transmissions, allows the clinics we partner with to focus on providing a higher level of care to device patients.
Clinicians
Our clinical team consists of Cardiac Device Nurses with 5 or more years experience and who are IBHRE Certified. In collaboration with our partners’ Electrophysiology and Cardiology Teams, this remote role serves to provide quality patient care for accurate CIED management, arrhythmia interpretation and device evaluation. Management and interpretation of CIED remote data and comprehensive knowledge of the necessary navigation of remote sites is required. This position functions in a highly specialized and unique area and requires a high level of clinical acumen and independence.
Administrative Roles
The Administrative Specialist is responsible for ensuring patient compliance with remote monitoring. Responsible for following protocols to ensure compliance and researching/troubleshooting patients’ reasons for non-compliance. This remote role will work in a collaborative manner with the Account Lead, Nurses, Clinic staff and other Administrative Specialists.
